Midnight Hunt by L.L. Raand (aka Radclyffe)

Having read JR Ward’s Black Dagger Brotherhood and Lora Leigh’s Breed series, I thought that I knew everything I have to know about supernatural creatures. And then Radclyffe, writing as L.L. Raand, comes and she creates a new kind of supernatural story that caught me since the first word to the last.

Used to Honor and Safe Harbor series, I thought that she’d focus on a couple per book but Midnight Hunter is a roller coaster of emotions coming from multiple fronts so, when you think you just are interested in Sylvan and Drake, Becca and Jody arise, then Niki and Sophia… Even the bad guys are interesting, and if you don’t believe me take a look at Francesca.

I have to confess that it took me time to get used to the Were’s way of living, mostly how they manage their desire and the important role that sex and physical contact play in their lives, but it gives an erotic touch to the whole story that will keep you reading for hours.

Radclyffe, you’ve done it again! You’ve brought us a fantastic story so different from your previous ones but as consistent as them, full of hot scenes and a myriad of emotions, moving scenes, great characters and the promise of a story that will go on and on.
